Job summary

Elekta Business Services sp. z o.o. in Poland invites you to join the OTC Service Operations team as an Intern. You’ll support daily invoicing, contract admin, and data maintenance, gaining hands-on experience in a global medical technology company.

You will perform data validation, contribute to month-end activities, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Sales. Strong Excel skills and English communication are valued as you learn process improvements in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed university studies in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or a related field.
• Basic understanding of business processes and financial operations.
• Previous internship or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Customer focus and accountability.
• Continuous improvement mindset, collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end invoicing activities, including service contracts, maintenance, projects, training, spare parts, credit notes and billing adjustments.
• Perform data validation and data quality checks to ensure the accuracy of customer, contract and billing information.
• Support contract administration and master data maintenance.
• Assist with operational reporting and month-end activities.
• Participate in process improvement, automation and documentation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Service Operations, Sales and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Process invoices and maintain contract, customer and billing data within assigned responsibilities.
• Identify and elevate operational, billing and data quality issues.
• Recommend process improvements and efficiencies.
