Job summary

Elekta Business Services sp. z o.o. in Poland invites you to join its Order to Cash (OTC) Service Operations as an Intern. You will support global service organizations with administrative and data-related tasks behind service-related commercial processes.

You will gain experience in an international environment, work with contracts, customer data and invoicing requirements, and collaborate with OTC teams to ensure accurate data and processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed university studies in economics, finance, business administration, linguistics, or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required; internships or student jobs are an advantage.
• Very good English; French, Italian and/or Spanish are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support validation of Service Contract Terms & Conditions.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Contract Administration and OTC teams to ensure accurate service coverage and entitlements.
• Maintain customer and contract data, including entitlement updates and invoicing requirements.
• Perform OTC operational activities, including data checks, documentation and reporting.
• Identify data or process issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support additional team priorities as required.

Intern, OTC Service Operations

What You’ll Do At Elekta

As part of the Order to Cash (OTC) function within Elekta Business Services, you will support our global Service organizations with the operational and administrative activities behind service-related commercial processes.

You will gain experience in an international environment, working with Service Contracts, customer data and invoicing requirements. Together with Service Sales, Contract Administration and OTC teams, you will support accurate data, consistent processes and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

• Ongoing or completed university studies, preferably in economics, finance, business administration, linguistics or a related field.
• No previous professional experience required; internships, student jobs or university projects involving administrative or data-related tasks are an advantage.
• Very good English; French, Italian and/or Spanish are a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and good organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
