Uniper in Poland is seeking an Origination Manager to identify and secure land for solar, wind, and energy storage projects within the assigned region. You will conduct site visits, engage landowners, and coordinate with authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.

The role requires experience in land acquisition or project development, especially in renewables, with strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or project development, ideally within renewables.
• Proven track record of land transactions and stakeholder management.
• Growth mindset with openness to new technologies and continuous development.
• Strong understanding of land-use regulations, permitting processes, and zoning laws in Poland.
• Familiarity with renewable energy project development, particularly solar and wind is desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Develop and implement plans to identify and secure land for solar, wind energy and BESS projects within the assigned region.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure suitability based on technical, environmental, and legal criteria.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, negotiate agreements, and secure mutually beneficial terms.
• Collaborate with local authorities to meet land-use regulations, zoning laws, and permitting requirements.
• Work with internal teams (legal, technical, project development) to streamline land acquisition and project execution.

• Keep accurate records of transactions and agreements and provide regular updates to management.
