Uniper is seeking an Origination Manager in Poland to lead land acquisition for solar, wind, and BESS projects. You will build relationships with landowners, coordinate with legal and project teams, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in land acquisition, real estate, or project development, preferably in renewables.
• Proven track record of land transactions and stakeholder management.
• Growth mindset with openness to new technologies and ongoing skill development.
• Strong understanding of land-use regulations, permitting, and zoning in Poland.
• Experience in solar and wind project development is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement plans to identify and secure land for solar, wind, and BESS projects in the region.
• Conduct site visits and assessments based on technical, environmental, and legal criteria.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners; negotiate agreements and terms.
• Collaborate with local authorities on land-use regulations and permitting.
• Work with internal teams to streamline land acquisition and project execution.
• Assess and address risks such as legal disputes or environmental constraints.
• Monitor regional trends and policy changes to refine strategy.
• Keep accurate records of transactions and provide updates to management.
