Uniper is seeking a Legal Counsel in Poland to advise on renewables projects (solar, onshore wind, battery storage) from development through operation. You will handle cross-functional legal matters, coordinate with the Germany HQ, and manage external counsels.

The role requires a law degree with professional qualification, at least five years in an international setting, and strong Polish regulatory expertise, plus fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in an international law firm or company.
• Proven ability to draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements and project documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Polish law and regulatory framework for renewables and permitting.

Responsabilités

• Advise Uniper’s Renewables business on legal matters for development, acquisition, construction and operation of renewables projects in Poland (solar, onshore wind, battery storage).
• Serve as the first point of contact for legal advice on renewable projects in Poland and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Steer due diligence, draft and negotiate contracts, and manage external law firms.
• Advise on permitting and environmental law for solar, wind, and storage projects; monitor regulatory developments.
