Job summary

Uniper is seeking a Senior Energy Offtake Manager in Poland to set up and manage the operational processes supporting renewable energy offtake. You will oversee trackers, deadlines, reporting routines and ensure effective contract administration for PPAs, CfDs and related agreements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in process management and contract administration.
• Background in commercial operations and back-office management.
• Experience supporting energy trading activities or origination is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational management of Polish energy offtake activities and related trackers, deadlines and reporting.
• Coordinate processes for Polish subsidy schemes and CfD-related requirements.
• Support preparation, review, negotiation and administration of PPAs, GO contracts and related agreements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Tax, Accounting, Compliance, Trading and Project Development to implement obligations.
• Identify gaps and implement improvements to increase reliability and transparency.
• Prepare concise decision material and escalation points for senior stakeholders.
• Support negotiations with facts, positions and risk assessments as needed.
• Act as interface between commercial teams and back-office functions for contract execution.
