Job summary

Allfunds Bank SAU Warsaw Branch is looking for a proactive professional to manage end-to-end financial operations for the French market. You will chase and match transactions, place client orders, and monitor daily activities while preparing KPI reports.

Responsibilities

• Managing end to end Financial Operations on French Market.
• Chasing and matching transactions based on official contract notes.
• Placing client’s orders on the market through available tools.
• Team mailbox monitoring throughout the day.
• Responding to queries from internal or external sources in relation to the activity.
• Preparing reports (checklist, KPI etc.).
• Investigation and fixing any issues regarding daily business to avoid delays.
• Monitoring of all daily actions in the team’s activity.
• Noticing weak spots and suggesting solutions.
