Job summary

Link Group is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support data collection and processing for investment funds. You will handle data validation, standardization, and input into systems to enable client subscriptions, while interpreting fund documentation and ensuring data quality across sources.

The role requires advanced Excel, strong analytical skills, fluent English, and experience with market data and corporate actions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; other European languages are a plus.
• Advanced Excel knowledge is required.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Experience working with investment funds (UCITS, ETFs, AIFs) and understanding of the fund lifecycle.
• Knowledge of key corporate action events (mergers, liquidations, name/ISIN changes, share class launches/closures, etc.).
• Ability to interpret official fund documentation (prospectus, KID/KIID, factsheets, corporate action notices).
• Strong skills in data validation, accuracy, and process consistency.
• Excellent communication skills and client-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Data Collection: access market data sources to onboard products into the platform.
• Validation and standardization of market data per business rules.
• Input of information into systems for product creation (funds, ETFs) for client subscriptions.
• Data quality process: reconcile data across sources and internal databases to reduce discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience working with investment funds (UCITS, ETFs, AIFs) and understanding of the fund lifecycle.
• Knowledge of key corporate action events (mergers, liquidations, name/ISIN changes, share class launches/closures, etc.).
• Ability to interpret official fund documentation (prospectus, KID/KIID, factsheets, corporate action notices).
• Strong skills in data validation, accuracy, and process consistency.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and familiarity with workflow/ticketing tools (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent communication skills and client-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent English required; other European languages are a plus.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or similar preferred.

Data Collection and Processing

• Data Collection: access to the various market sources available in order to obtain the data required for onboarding products into the platform.
• Validation and standardization of the data received from the market in accordance with the business rules defined.
• Input of information into systems for the creation of products (funds, ETFs…) that must be made available to clients for subscription through intermediation.
• Data quality process: reconciliation of data across different source universes and other internal company databases, with the aim of avoiding inconsistencies or discrepancies and improving data quality.
