Job summary

Allfunds, a WealthTech leader, is hiring in Poland to manage end-to-end financial operations for the French market. You will chase and match transactions, place client orders, monitor team mail, and respond to inquiries.

You will also prepare KPI reports, investigate issues, and identify process improvements to ensure timely workflows. The role requires fluent French, strong accuracy, initiative, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing end to end Financial Operations on French Market.
• Chasing and matching Transaction based on official contract notes.
• Placing client’s orders on the market through available tools.
• Team mailbox monitoring throughout the day.
• Responding to queries from internal or external sources.
• Preparing reports (checklists, KPI, etc.).
• Investigation and fixing issues to avoid delays.
• Monitoring of daily actions in the team’s activity.
• Noticing weak spots and suggesting solutions.
