SIX in Warszawa is seeking a meticulous Data Operations specialist to maintain funds reference data across multiple databases and ensure data quality for our client base in France.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and data teams, perform second-level quality checks, investigate discrepancies, and support clients with data-related inquiries, while contributing to ongoing process improvements. The role offers a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Higher education in management, finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of French and European regulations related to funds is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy and team spirit.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent in English and French (both verbal and written).

Our goal is to deliver reliable data solutions while supporting our clients and maintaining high quality standards. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, data specialists, and client-facing teams based in France, with a focus on funds reference data.

What You Will Do

• enter and maintain funds reference data across six different databases
• ensure data accuracy and consistency by performing second-level quality checks
• investigate and resolve data discrepancies in line with internal standards
• provide functional support and assistance to clients
• contribute to continuous improvement of data management processes

What You Bring

• higher education in management, finance, or a related field; experience in the financial data industry is an advantage
• knowledge of French and European regulations related to funds, as well as understanding of market ecosystems (market players, data distribution systems, front/back office concepts)
• strong analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and team spirit
• proficiency in Excel
• fluent in English and French (both verbal and written)
