Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Katowice is seeking an IT Support Intern to provide day-to-day helpdesk support for internal users onsite. You’ll assist with account/access management for highly available systems and help prepare equipment for users, including wiping disks and installing software.

The role requires basic knowledge of Windows or MacOS, networking concepts, and a proactive willingness to learn. Polish and English (at least B2) are essential, and you should be available for at least 24

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Windows or MacOS.
• Basic knowledge of network protocols.
• Overall knowledge about IT and technology.
• Willingness to learn and upskill in innovative technologies.
• Analytical skills.
• Team player and problem-solving attitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English (at least B2).
• Availability: at least 24 hours per week, working on-site at our Katowice office.

Responsibilities

• Onsite support for internal users.
• Provide account/access support for highly available systems.
• Preparation of equipment for users and returned by users - wiping disks, system and software installation.
• Update and modify the internal hardware database.
• Contact with users and handed over of equipment to them.
• Maintain internal documentation.
