Job summary

VML is seeking an IT Support Intern in Katowice to provide day‑to‑day helpdesk support for internal users on-site. You’ll handle account/access setup, equipment prep, and keep internal hardware records up to date while maintaining clear user communication in Polish and English.

You should know Windows or macOS basics, network basics, and be eager to learn and upskill in new technologies. This is a 24h/week role in Poland, with a friendly, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Windows or MacOS
• Basic knowledge of network protocols
• Overall knowledge about IT and technology
• Willingness to learn and upskill in innovative technologies
• Analytical skills
• Team player and problem-solving attitude
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English (at least B2)
• Availability: at least 24 hours per week, working on-site at our Katowice office.

Responsibilities

• Onsite support for internal users
• Provide account/access support for highly available systems
• Preparation of equipment for users and returned by users - wiping disks, system and software installation
• Update and modify the internal hardware database
• Contact with users and handed over of equipment to them
• Maintain internal documentation
