Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions is seeking an IT Support Intern to join our Katowice office and provide day-to-day helpdesk assistance for internal users. You will handle onsite support, account access tasks, equipment preparation, and maintain internal documentation while learning and growing in a fast-paced, enterprise environment in Poland.

Fluent Polish and English (B2) are required, and you must be able to work at least 24 hours weekly on-site.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Windows or MacOS.
• Basic knowledge of network protocols.
• General IT knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and upskill.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Good written and verbal communication in Polish and English (B2).
• Availability: at least 24 hours per week, on-site in Katowice.

Responsibilities

• Onsite support for internal users.
• Provide account/access support for highly available systems.
• Preparation of equipment for users and returned by users - wiping disks, system and software installation.
• Update and modify the internal hardware database.
• Contact with users and handed over of equipment to them.
• Maintain internal documentation.
