Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking an IT Support Intern in Katowice to provide day-to-day helpdesk support for internal users on-site. You will assist with account/access setup, hardware preparation, and maintaining documentation as part of a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have basic Windows or MacOS knowledge, familiarity with network protocols, and good Polish and English (B2). This role offers 24+ hours weekly, a friendly office environment, and opportunities to learn new technologies.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Windows or MacOS.
• Basic knowledge of network protocols.
• Willingness to learn and upskill in innovative technologies.
• Good written and verbal communication in Polish and English (B2).
• Availability: at least 24 hours per week, on-site in Katowice.

Responsibilities

• Onsite support for internal users.
• Provide account/access support for highly available systems.
• Preparation of equipment for users and returned by users - wiping disks, system and software installation.
• Update and modify the internal hardware database.
• Contact with users and handing over of equipment.
• Maintain internal documentation.
