Qualifications

• English and Polish at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to approximately 500 employees in Poznań.
• Deliver practical IT training for new employees on network access, printer setup, email, meeting room booking, and Carlsberg tools.
• Resolve day-to-day Microsoft 365 issues and guide users to solutions.
• Support local business applications and ensure smooth daily operations.
