Job summary

Sii Poland in Katowice seeks an IT Support Specialist to assist users with applications, systems, and hardware in a dynamic, international environment.

You will provide remote and on-site support, manage Active Directory/Entra ID, Office 365, and mobile devices, and participate in a three-shift schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role offers opportunities to develop IT skills and improve language abilities while working with a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT support or related internship.
• Fluent Polish; living in Poland is required.
• German and English at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• IT user support for applications, systems and hardware.
• Remote support for users regarding applications, OS and hardware.
• Managing user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Office 365 support and basic telephone system administration.
• Support for mobile devices and endpoint management tools.
