Job summary

Aristocrat in Poland is seeking an IT Onsite Support Engineer to lead 2nd-level onsite support for global IT efforts, ensuring excellent customer service and robust technical knowledge.

You will manage device builds, deployments, and user account administration in Active Directory, while supporting Zoom and other AV tools. Emphasis on collaboration and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Windows/Microsoft tech expertise, including AD.
• Experience with onboarding and IT asset management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd-level onsite support, including device builds and deployments.
• Manage service requests and incidents via in-person, email, and Zoom.
• Deliver concierge IT support for executives and critical users.
• Run IT inductions for new hires and ensure timely onboarding.
• Build and update internal KB articles for faster resolutions and knowledge sharing.
• Administer user accounts in Active Directory and other business systems.
• Support local and remote video conferencing and collaboration tools, including Zoom.
• Coordinate with vendors to quote, order, and install equipment.
• Apply ITSM, issue tracking, and asset management practices across teams.
• Develop IT processes and procedures for continuous improvement.
