Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office, Outlook, and standard apps.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Assist with printers, scanners, and end-user devices.
• Log and track incidents in the ticketing system; escalate when needed.
• Ensure timely resolution in line with SLA requirements.
