Alliad seeks an experienced IT Support professional to deliver onsite information technology, communications and user-support services for contracted operations. The role ensures availability, security and functionality of IT equipment, networks and reporting systems.

You will install and maintain computers, printers and network gear, provide frontline support, and safeguard data with backups and cybersecurity practices while adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• IT support and troubleshooting proficiency.
• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Functional English appropriate to the role.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain contractor IT equipment and network devices.
• Provide first-line technical support and log service requests.
• Maintain IT systems, backups, and cybersecurity controls.
