Job summary

Lionbridge Technologies is seeking an on-site inventory support role to help manage IT equipment, deliveries, and asset records within a dynamic project environment. The position is a contract mandate and focuses on day-to-day inventory activities.

Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with basic computer tools, with strong English communication and a proactive readiness to learn. Previous inventory or logistics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivering IT equipment and inventory items from storage areas to project teams and designated locations.
• Monitoring inventory levels and identifying potential shortages.
• Recording deliveries, shipments, and equipment movements to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Preparing inventory status reports and supporting data tracking activities.
• Reviewing inventory data to help identify potential supply or stock issues.
• Participating in regular inventory checks and asset audits.
• Coordinating purchases of equipment and accessories from external suppliers.
• Supporting the overall organization and management of IT assets and inventory.
