Job summary

Air space Intelligence, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Analyst to serve as the hands-on technical backbone of our Gdansk office.

You will own the end-to-end IT experience, from endpoint troubleshooting on macOS and Windows to managing network and conference-room infrastructure, ensuring security baselines are met. You will be the on-site IT contact, handle onboarding/offboarding, administer business SaaS apps, and collaborate with security across time zones to automate repetitive tasks and

Hands-on IT support experience end-to-end, not passing issues along.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end IT experience for the team, from onboarding to offboarding.
Be the on-site point of contact for IT and Security requests in the Gdansk office.
Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues across macOS and Windows, including iOS/Android devices.
Administer access across business applications and manage entitlements.
Automate repetitive IT and security tasks (provisioning, access changes, reporting).
Keep fleet compliant with disk encryption, EDR, MDM baselines, and patching waves.
Manage conference-room and network infrastructure in partnership with networking vendor.
Document procedures and build self-service resources.
