Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Poland is seeking a Facility Coordinator to ensure safe, compliant, on-site management of facility services from 8:00 to 16:00. The role covers welcoming visitors, access control, and providing information office support.

You will oversee operations, coordinate with stakeholders, manage contractors, and ensure health, safety and environmental standards are met, while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility management, administration, or reception roles.
• Experience in a corporate or industrial environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Fluent Polish and very good English skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Solution & outcome-based attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operations, maintenance, and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain facility standards and implement best practices.
• Manage service provider workforce and subcontractors.
• Provide greetings and guidance to visitors during site opening hours.
• Operate the information office and provide safety and building information to visitors.
• Answer visitor questions and fulfil administrative requests.
• Perform locally agreed administrative work (mailing, event registration, etc.).
