Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the operational delivery of integrated facilities management at a key client site in Warsaw. The role covers day‑to‑day facility management, hard and soft services, and compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.

You will lead the on-site CBRE team, manage budgets and P&L, and act as the primary contact for the client to ensure service excellence and value-driven outcomes. Polish and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant FM experience.
• Experience managing both hard and soft services and vendor performance.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations at the Warsaw site.
• Lead on-site CBRE team, coach and develop staff.
• Manage hard and soft services, budgets, and P&L.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high service levels.
• Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement and risk management.
• Ensure regulatory, health, safety and QHSE compliance.
