Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Wroclaw to collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors ensuring facility tasks and work orders are completed efficiently. The role sits within Facilities Management, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.

You will handle inquiries, collect and file work orders, and monitor external activities while following defined procedures under close supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills to calculate simple figures like percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure procedures and reporting formats are followed.
• Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
• Collect information reports to track performance and progress.
• File work orders, proposals, and department files submitted by vendors.
• Monitor activities outside the building, including waste disposal and recycling.
• Follow instructions and ask clarifying questions when needed.
• Respond to inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Apply established procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
