Qualifications

• Danish or Norwegian (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2).
• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor, or People Manager.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance, engagement, and attendance management for the team.
• Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Drive KPIs, quality standards, and operational targets.
• Identify performance gaps and create development plans for improvement.
• Support escalations and provide guidance on complex customer situations.
• Conduct engaging team meetings and foster a positive environment.
• Motivate employees and recognize achievements to drive engagement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and client expectations.
• Promote accountability, collaboration and continuous learning.
