Job summary

The role requires Danish or Norwegian (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2), with prior team leadership experience. It is an on-site position in Katowice, Poland, offering growth and global exposure.

Qualifications

• Danish or Norwegian (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2).
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or People Manager.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
