Qualifications

Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or People Manager.
Strong coaching and performance-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Passion for leading, motivating, and developing people.
Fluency in English and German (C1/C2).
Availability to work 100% on-site in Katowice.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day performance, engagement, and attendance management of your team.
Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance reviews.
Drive achievement of KPIs, quality standards, and operational targets.
Identify performance gaps and create development plans for continuous improvement.
Support escalations and provide guidance on complex customer situations.
