Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Team Leader to supervise a French and English speaking call center team in Katowice, Poland. The role focuses on coaching, performance management and achieving KPIs while maintaining a positive, compliant work environment.

You will lead day-to-day operations, drive engagement, and partner with stakeholders to deliver top-tier customer service and operational results.

Qualifications

Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or People Manager.
Strong coaching and performance management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day performance, engagement, and attendance management of your team.
Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance reviews.
Drive achievement of KPIs, quality standards, and operational targets.
Identify performance gaps and create development plans for continuous improvement.
Support escalations and provide guidance on complex customer situations.
Conduct engaging team meetings and foster a positive team environment.
Motivate employees and recognize achievements to drive engagement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
