Job summary

Oyster is seeking an Onboarding Success Manager for a remote, fixed-term role ending July 2027. You will guide customers and team members through the onboarding journey, coordinating with Sales, Product, Legal and Finance to ensure a smooth setup on the Oyster platform.

Responsibilities include creating docs, answering questions, organizing meetings, handling contracts, and maintaining self-service tools while staying aligned with regulatory changes across countries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR or HR SaaS customer-facing roles.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to schedule meetings and manage escalations.
• Experience improving team processes and maintaining high customer satisfaction (cSAT/NPS).

Responsibilities

• Own and guide onboarding for Customers and Team Members from new hire submission to Engaged.
• Provide guidance via documentation and answer questions using multiple sources.
• Organize meetings with Customers and Team Members to address questions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance for onboarding and escalations.
• Support contract customization and maintain onboarding playbooks and knowledge sources.
• Ensure accurate data on the Oyster platform for smooth employment.
• Contribute to customer self-service tools and keep up with product/regulation changes.
• Keep up with Product releases and global employment regulation changes.
