Job summary

Visa is seeking an Onboarding Solutions Manager to lead Global Onboarding initiatives focused on operational excellence, process improvement, compliance, and employee experience. This role partners closely with onboarding leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects from concept through execution.

You will be highly organized, self-directed, and capable of delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Talent Acquisition Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvements.
• Ability to manage initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives that improve onboarding processes, compliance, service delivery, and employee experience.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase automation.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Support onboarding readiness activities related to acquisitions, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Develop business requirements and collaborate with technology teams to implement improvements.
