Job summary

HW3 is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator for a large-scale industrial construction project in Nysa, Poland. This fully on-site B2B / Freelance role is 6+ months, 40 hours per week, with ASAP start.

You will support Project Managers with planning, reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder coordination to keep the project aligned and on track. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in project coordination or PMO support, strong Polish and English communication, and familiarity with MS Office

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or PMO support.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
Strong Polish and English communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience with Microsoft Planner and Aconex is advantageous.
Technical, engineering, construction, infrastructure, industrial, or technology project experience is preferred.
PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
Track project progress, timelines, actions, risks, and issues.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
Support Project Managers with project planning and readiness.
Prepare status reports, action logs, risk registers, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
Monitor follow-up actions and project blockers.
Support project reviews, audits, and governance activities.
Assist with project reporting, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
