Job summary

Navitas Renewables is looking for a Project Coordinator to support renewable energy construction projects in Szczecin. The role combines office and on-site responsibilities within a hybrid setup, facilitating communication between site and office teams while ensuring project documentation is accurate and timely.

The ideal candidate has experience in project coordination or construction projects, strong English, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or project support roles.
• Background or experience in construction projects is highly desirable.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day coordination and support of renewable energy construction projects
• Monitoring project schedules, documentation and basic cost tracking
• Supporting communication between office and site teams
• Preparation and maintenance of project documentation and reports
• Coordination of logistics, subcontractors and project-related arrangements
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and HSE requirements

Scope of Responsibilities

• Day-to-day coordination and support of renewable energy construction projects
