Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to complex industrial automation projects across Poland. You will own the full project lifecycle from planning to closeout, including schedule, budget, P&L, and risk management.

You will coordinate engineering teams, suppliers, and customers, ensure safety and quality, and support sales during opportunity development. Proficiency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience in industrial automation, process control, or EPC environments.
• Proven experience managing medium to large projects with full commercial responsibility.
• Strong discipline, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project delivery from handover to final acceptance.
• Own project schedule, budget, cash flow, and P&L performance.
• Lead project planning, execution, commissioning, and closeout activities.
• Manage customer communication and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate engineering teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and field resources.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage contract changes, variation orders, and project reporting.
• Support sales team during opportunity development / project sales stage.
• Follow internal and external quality standards.
