Job summary

Siemens Energy in Wroclaw, Poland is seeking a Site Project Manager for construction sites worldwide. You will plan and organize daily site activities, coordinate with your team, and serve as the main contact for customers, authorities, contractors and partners.

This role demands extensive onsite leadership of complex EPC or consortium projects, willingness to work at or travel to construction sites, and a proven ability to manage multinational teams with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex industrial EPC/construction projects.
• Willingness to work on construction sites in Germany and abroad.
• At least 5 years onsite leadership in electrical, mechanical, or civil disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of construction/commissioning processes and EHS rules.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily site activities with the team.
• Be the primary contact for customers, authorities, and contractors on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Manage on-site costs, schedule, and overall project results.
• Coordinate with project management and back-office teams.
