HW3 is seeking a Project Management Lead to oversee a major industrial construction and technology installation programme in Poland. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, drive delivery safety, schedule, budget, and quality, and act as operational lead across several divisions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and oversight across a portfolio of complex installation and construction projects.
• Ensure safe, profitable, high-quality, and on-time project delivery.
• Monitor project performance, financial health, risk exposure, and resource utilisation.
• Lead and coordinate multiple Project Managers and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Oversee the operational management of five key project divisions: Fibre Optics, Fire Systems, Security Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), Quality.
• Drive consistent project governance, reporting, and review processes.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Support financial visibility, programme tracking, and issue resolution.
• Identify project risks and elevate concerns proactively.
• Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, providing recommendations and operational insight.
• Challenge project assumptions and drive effective decision-making where necessary.

Location: Poland

Working Pattern: Full-time, 5 days per week (08:00-16:00)

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Lead to oversee the delivery of a major industrial construction and technology installation programme in Poland. This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for coordinating multiple operational workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will act as the operational lead across several specialist divisions, providing strategic oversight, driving execution excellence, supporting project managers and site teams, and ensuring strong stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Experience managing large project portfolios with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project financial performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Polish language skills would be highly advantageous.
• Experience within building technologies, electrical installations, automation, fire, security, BMS, or related sectors.
• Project Management certification such as: Agile Certification PMP, PRINCE2, Equivalent programme or project management qualification
