Job summary

Siemens Energy in Poland is seeking a Site Project Manager to lead onsite construction activities at major industrial facilities. You will plan and organize daily site work with your team, and act as the primary contact for customers, authorities, contractors and partners on site.

You will coordinate with the project management office, ensure compliance with EHS regulations, manage schedules and budgets, document deviations, and drive safety and quality across the Siemens Energy scope.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in EPC/consortium industrial construction projects.
• ≥5 years onsite in a leading position (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil).
• Willingness to work on sites in Germany and abroad.
• Knowledge of construction/commissioning processes and methodologies.
• Strong EHS policies and on-site health & safety knowledge.
• Proven track record leading multinational teams and communicating effectively.
• PM Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for all onsite works within Siemens Energy scope.
• Legal on-site responsibility for project site and staff.
• Ensure EHS compliance and promote Zero Harm culture.
• Represent PM on site to customer, authorities, contractors, partners.
• Manage on-site orders, schedule, financials and quality results.
• Document deviations and direct contract/claims as required.
• Escalate issues impacting scope, budget or schedule.
• Coordinate corrective measures and risk mitigation.
• Review concurrent cost accounting and cost-to-complete estimates.
• Regularly review the project time schedule for erection activities.
• Support site reporting and update open points.
• Ensure open technical changes close before milestones.
