Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking an IT Onsite Support Engineer in Kraków, Poland to lead global IT efforts and deliver exceptional technical and customer service. The role focuses on 2nd-level onsite support, executive IT services, and knowledge management in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage AD accounts, use Intune/Azure for endpoint management, and collaborate with vendors while ensuring smooth Zoom/AV operations and strong de-escalation skills.

Qualifications

• Certifications include A+, MCITP, Security+, Network+ and ITIL Foundation.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows and Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory.
• Experience with Intune and Azure for endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd-level onsite support, including device builds, rebuilds, backups, deployments and refreshes.
• Manage service requests and incidents via in-person, email and Zoom.
• Deliver concierge IT support for executives.
• Maintain onboarding and IT knowledge for new hires.
• Administer user accounts in Active Directory and other systems.
• Support Zoom and room AV and collaboration tools.
• Collaborate with vendors to quote, order, and install equipment.
• Apply ITSM, issue tracking and asset management tools.
• Develop and improve technical processes and procedures.
