Job summary

HCLTech Poland is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist to join our desktop services team. You will perform data analysis, manage ITSM workflows, and support Windows 10/11 and O365 in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, onsite availability, and the ability to troubleshoot deployment and patching using SCCM and related tools. Fluency in Polish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Polish & English fluent mandatory.
• Onsite support experience required.
• Commissioning of new laptops/desktops.
• Move assets/tools across shopfloor as needed.
• Maintain facility asset inventory.
• Disciplined, systematic problem solving.
• Windows 10/11 expertise.
• Troubleshoot SCCM client-side deployments.
• Troubleshoot patching deployments via SCCM.
• Knowledge of Active Directory.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Project/Visio).
• VPN (Cisco) and remote dial-in users.
• Support laptops, desktops and printers.
• Preferred MCP/MSCE/MSCA/SCCM certifications.
• ITIL knowledge (Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Change).

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting using MS Office and ITSM tools.
• Coordinate desktop changes to avoid deployment collisions on high priority incidents.
• Prepare requests for rollout.
• Participate in incident handling concerning desktop changes.
• Microsoft environment knowledge (desktop, O365).
• Understand and support desktop products and services.
• Extensive troubleshooting of application deployments, patching, and security tools.
• Experience from the desktop environment.
• Understanding ITSM/ticketing processes.
