Carlsberg Group is offering an Accounts Payable Intern position in Poznań to support AP processes for 14 WE markets. You will work in a hybrid setup, using Excel, SAP, SharePoint and BI, while developing professional skills in a multinational finance environment.

The role requires a degree in Economics or current studies, strong analytical thinking, proficiency in MS Office, and working knowledge of English and German. Minimum 20 hours weekly commitment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable processes for 14 WE markets.
• Process supplier requests and inquiries.
• Reconcile supplier statements and accounts.
• Review overdue vendor debit/credit balances and take action.
• Assist with Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt reconciliation.
• Learn tools like Excel, SAP, SharePoint, BI.
