Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking an IT Field Support professional in Poland to handle on-site technical assistance for end users, including VIP support. The role covers PC/Laptop setup, OS and software installs, printer management, and basic network checks. You will maintain asset records and assist in CMDB updates.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in IT Field Support, strong Windows knowledge, AD/DNS/DHCP, and customer-focused problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to hardware refreshes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in IT or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT Field Support or similar roles.
• Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure PCs and laptops for end users.
• Perform OS and software installations.
• Support user onboarding processes.
• Carry out hardware replacement and refresh activities.
• Provide on-site technical assistance to end users, including VIP support.
• Update and maintain the CMDB and asset records.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and labeling of equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain printers; support tablets and mobile devices.
