Job summary

Outokumpu Oyj in Katowice, Poland, is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure support professional to provide onsite support for end-user devices, printers, and VDI solutions. You will resolve incidents, handle service requests, IMACD activities, and on-call support according to SLAs.

You will maintain local network and Wi‑Fi infrastructure, manage IT assets in the ITSM tool, and collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to continuously improve service quality, security, and user

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, and IT asset management.
• Good knowledge of desktop, laptop, mobile, VDI, networking, and peripheral technologies.
• Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for end-user devices, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, meeting room equipment, and VDI solutions.
• Handle incidents, service requests, IMACD activities, and on-call support in line with agreed service levels.
• Support and maintain local network and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Manage IT assets, lifecycle activities, procurement, and documentation in the ITSM tool.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT services, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and end users to deliver reliable IT services.
• Promote IT standards, cybersecurity best practices, and continuous improvement while maintaining a safe working environment.
