Job summary

Amcor is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver reliable IT services across its sites in Lubien, Poland. The role covers end-to-end support for up to 300 devices per FTE, including PCs, servers, printers, and network equipment.

The candidate will manage asset procurement, configuration, licensing, security, and local IT projects within global standards. Responsibilities include training end users, improving support processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring site IT service quality.

Qualifications

• Technical education in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science is advantageous.
• Windows or Cisco certifications are a plus.
• ITIL Foundations desirable.
• Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reliable IT services across Amcor sites and support up to 300 devices per FTE.
• Oversee end-to-end IT service delivery, asset management, procurement, and budgets.
• Provide end-user training and promote best practices.
• Ensure compliance with global IT standards and security policies.
• Support LAN/WLAN setup, and manage network documentation and monitoring.
