Job summary

Ocean Winds is seeking a Construction Services Package Manager to lead the offshore wind project’s construction and commissioning from mobilization to handover. You will ensure zero harm, quality, and on-time delivery within approved budgets and coordinated with the Project Director.

The role requires managing a multi-disciplinary team across engineering, procurement, and field operations, with a strong focus on contract governance (FIDIC/LOGIC/BIMCO) and regulatory compliance in Poland.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience, incl. 4+ years in offshore marine construction management.
• Experience with Polish health and safety legislation and permit-to-work systems.
• Proven ability to manage contracts and vessel coordination under FIDIC/LOGIC/BIMCO.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction services and commissioning activities to handover.
• Set up offshore construction site, ensure safety, quality, and schedule.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, and operations.
• Manage risks, budgets, and reporting for the project lifecycle.
