Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced offshore wind logistics coordinator to manage marine, helicopter and offshore activities in Polish waters. You will support daily planning, crew changes and port calls, working closely with vessel crews, contractors and onshore teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating cargo movements, producing operational reports and assisting SIMOPS while upholding SOMS procedures and a strong offshore safety culture across all operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore wind operations or similar marine roles.
• Maritime/seagoing and vessel management experience preferred.
• Polish occupational health certification badania medycyny pracy and BHP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SOV/JUB marine, helicopter and offshore activities.
• Support daily planning, logistics, crew changes and port calls.
• Liaise with contractors, vessel crews and onshore/offshore teams.
• Coordinate cargo movements and operational reporting.
• Support SIMOPS and ensure compliance with site procedures and SOMS.
• Promote and maintain a strong offshore safety culture.
