Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson Limited is seeking an O&M Technical Project Manager to oversee construction-phase activities for a major offshore wind farm in Poland. You will coordinate technical topics, reviews, and documentation to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a relevant degree and 5+ years of offshore wind experience; offshore O&M exposure is preferred. You will work with the Technical Lead to monitor requests and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree required in a relevant engineering or technical field.
• Minimum 5+ years in offshore wind or related technical areas.
• Experience with offshore O&M is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage various technical topics and assignments related to O&M during Construction.
• Finalize technical reviews of BoP O&M Manuals and As-Built docs from Construction.
• Provide technical witness during Quality Witness Points in Construction.
• Support Technical Lead in tracking technical requests and activities with O&M.
• Ensure O&M setup complies with applicable laws and regulations.
