Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support offshore wind construction and commissioning, with a focus on offshore substations. The role is based in Poland/Offshore and requires hands-on HSE oversight across multi-contractor environments.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HSE experience, NEBOSH Level 3, and Full GWO certifications, with proven incident investigation skills and the ability to drive proactive safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HSE experience, preferably in onshore renewables or offshore wind.
• Experience supporting commissioning of offshore substations and HSE interfaces with third parties.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across multiple contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HSE support during offshore construction and commissioning.
• Support safe commissioning of offshore substations and related works.
• Ensure activities comply with project HSE procedures and standards.
• Coordinate with project teams and third-party contractors on HSE requirements.
• Participate in risk assessments, toolbox talks, and site safety walks.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and identify unsafe conditions.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE documentation and reporting.
