Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a Vessel Coordinator for an offshore wind project in Gdansk. You will coordinate construction vessel operations, ensure safe communications across marine, helicopter, personnel and cargo activities, and align with project procedures, management systems and HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore wind vessel coordination or offshore operations.
• Maritime or seagoing experience and vessel-management competence.
• IOSH and GWO safety certifications preferred.
• Polish work eligibility and health/safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily offshore vessel, aviation, logistics, and interface activities.
• Act as primary operational contact between contractors, vessel crews, offshore teams and onshore stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear communication across interfaces.
• Coordinate crew-transfer-vessel logistics and vessel operations.
• Ensure compliance with site procedures and management systems; support HSE initiatives.
