Job summary

NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking an HR Administrator to support the Nordic HR team. The role involves handling HR data, systems, and administration for employees across Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland, while coordinating with a Poland-based local HR team.

You will work with HR technology including SuccessFactors, SAP and LMS, ensuring data accuracy and smooth processes across the employee journey from pre-boarding to offboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration, shared services or people operations.
• Nordic or international environment experience is a plus.
• Hands-on Excel and HR reporting; master data awareness.
• Strong confidentiality and data protection mindset (GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee data and HR systems across SuccessFactors, SAP, LMS, and Time Off.
• Provide Nordic People team with regular HR reporting and analytics.
• Support the employee journey from pre-boarding to offboarding, including training registrations.
• Collaborate with IT and learning teams on email groups and mandatory training programs.
