Job summary

Qualifications

• This role requires English proficiency and meticulous data handling.
• Experience with HR administration and employee lifecycle is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or HRIS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage core employee lifecycle processes for multiple countries.
• Prepare employment documents and ensure timely completion per global/local rules.
• Register, validate and maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and HR tools
• Maintain accurate organisational structures and data quality across scope
• Prepare reports, perform data checks and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with payroll, vendors and stakeholders for end-to-end HR services
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing
• Develop expertise in HR administration and Excel/SharePoint
