Job summary

Danish Crown Global Business Services (GBS) in Krakow is seeking an H2R Operations Coordinator to perform data entry and maintain employee master data in the HR information system, supporting hires, changes and terminations with accuracy.

You will ensure data quality, generate documents and act as gatekeeper for HR master data, while meeting SLAs and collaborating with local HR teams and IT systems like SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Relevant certifications in Administration, HR Operations, Payroll or HR Systems are assets.
• 1 year experience in an HR field.
• Preferably experience from similar role with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service for HR transactions requested by internal customers (local HR teams, managers, employees).
• Maintain and update employee master data in the HR information system; support hirings, job changes, terminations, personal data changes and other HR processes.
